Shipping & Returns

 

Returns Guidelines: Customer is responsible to call 928-639-1540 and obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 30 days of purchase, at this time the customer will be instructed on how and where to ship items for return. Return shipments that are not authorized will not receive credit or refunded. Note: Unless items have been shipped in error by the company the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are returned to the incorrect address may require additional freight and or shipping charges for redirection to the correct location. Any charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and new in box with packaging and able to be resold as new. Items returned without original packaging will not receive credit. Standard return policy is 20% restock fee some stock items may not have a restock fee. Some items may or may not be returned depending on if they are special order, clearance, or sale items. We are able to cancel an order if it has not already been shipped or discontinued. If you wish to cancel an order please call 928-6391540 to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a refund less shipping cost within our standard terms. No returns on sale items, jewelry, purses, accessories, intimates, gift cards, special orders, cattle handling equipment, equine equipment, and these sales are final. Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags must be attached & intact. Exchanges may be able to be available depending on inventory and availability. All freight charges will be deducted from returns for free freight items. We will hold unacceptable returns and non-authorized returns for 30 days. After 30 days the item will be donated to charity.  

 

Warranty / Manufacturers’ Defects: The Company recommends that all items be registered when required by the manufacturer immediately after purchase per manufacturers warrantee process. If the customer fails to register a product that results in denial of a warranty claim this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note items returned to the company instead of the manufacturer will be shipped to the manufacturer at the customers cost after receiving payment for shipping and handling fees. Warranties are processed by the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of the company.
