Terms and Conditions


Free Shipping: Shipping charges for orders under $100.00 are the responsibility of the customer and will be added during checkout. On orders over $100.00 shipping is free unless items are overweight or oversized and then they may require additional shipping. These Items are noted in the description as *Overweight item shipping fees apply.

International Orders and Shipping: Free shipping when available is for the lower 48 states. International, Canada, Hawaii or Alaska shipments may require additional charges. For shipping charges outside the USA lower 48 states please contact the company at 928-639-1540.

Expedited Shipments: Expedited shipments next day air and 2nd day air shipping is available please contact the Company at 928-639-1540 if required.

Processing Time: In stock items typically ship from our store in 2-6 business days and items shipped directly from our manufacturers may require an additional processing time. We try to ship in one to two days.

Returns Guidelines: Customer is responsible to call 928-639-1540 and obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 30 days of purchase, at this time the customer will be instructed on how and where to ship items for return. Return shipments that are not authorized will not receive credit or refunded. Note: Unless items have been shipped in error by the company the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are returned to the incorrect address may require additional freight and or shipping charges for redirection to the correct location. Any charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and new in box with packaging and able to be resold as new. Items returned without original packaging will not receive credit. Standard return policy is 20% restock fee, most stock items will not have a restock fee. Some items may or may not be returned depending on if they are special order, clearance, or sale items. We are able to cancel an order if it has not already been shipped or discontinued. If you wish to cancel an order please call 928-639-1540 to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a refund less shipping cost within our standard terms. No returns on sale items, jewelry, purses, accessories, intimates, gift cards, special orders, cattle handling equipment, equine equipment, these sales are final. Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags must be attached & intact. Boots must be in new condition without scufs on the soal. Exchanges may be able to be available depending on inventory and availability. All freight charges will be deducted from returns for free freight items. We will hold unacceptable returns and non-authorized returns for 30 days. After 30 days the item will be donated to charity.


The company regularly donates to: Goodwill, Wounded worriers, National Wild Turkey Federation, Safari Club international, Compassion International, Arizona Antelope Foundation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and others.

Warranty / Manufacturers’ Defects: The Company recommends that all items be registered when required by the manufacturer immediately after purchase per manufacturers warrantee procedures. If the customer fails to register a product that results in denial of a warranty claim this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note items returned to the company instead of the manufacturer will be shipped to the manufacturer at the customers cost after receiving payment for shipping and handling fees. Warranties are processed by the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of the company.

*Tax: All in state orders will be charged the Arizona tax rate of 8.35% and are adjusted as rates change.

Back Orders and Pre-Orders: The Company will process payment on orders and fill orders in the order they are received. Notification of backorders will be made as soon as an item is classified as backordered. From time to time we will sell out of an item and not be able to update the website fast enough to notify customers of back order status. When this happens we will notify the customer of a backorder status and an expected delivery date. In order to hold you priority of order status we will not credit your purchase but will process as a pre-order. If the customer requests a credit for the order they will lose their order priority position.
